+Committed to strengthening Jewish identity and creating a connection between Diaspora Jewry and the State of Israel, the shaliach is recruited and trained by The Jewish Agency for Israel. The shaliach works with children, youth, teens, students and adults to encourage members of the community to visit Israel, provide the community with a taste of Israel, foster the development of young leadership, organize a wide range of educational activities, and bring a love of Israel and the Hebrew language to the community.
